As a small business that is fortunate to guide on some of Oregon’s most fabled trout and steelhead water, cancellations affect us greatly.  When we commit to you on a particular date, precious resources are allocated to your trip.  We only have a short amount of given trips for each season and each trip is significant to a thriving business for our small family run company. That being said, we do understand that situations outside of your control can unexpectedly arise, and whenever possible, we hope to help you reschedule your trip to a more agreeable date.  For cancellations executed outside of 2 months of your trip’s launch date, we will refund your deposit minus 10% to cover administrative costs associated with booking your trip.  In the event that you must cancel within one month of your trip’s launch date, your deposit will not be refunded.  Fly fishing trips proceed regardless of weather conditions; however, we reserve the right to cancel in the event of unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.  If we cancel your trip, your deposit will be applied to a future date that is mutually acceptable. Any cancellations received less than 2 weeks in advance, will not be refunded…the client will be charged the entire value of the trip.  We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect you against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
